As a collective of Healthcare, STEM and Life Sciences sector LGBTQ+ networks, we champion a culture where all people, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other personal characteristic, are respected, valued, and empowered to contribute fully and authentically to their work and communities.

We believe that intersectional inclusion is essential to excellence. 

 

We recognise that systemic inequalities persist for LGBTQ+ professionals and other marginalised groups in STEM and Life Sciences, and we exist to help address these inequities by raising awareness, sharing good practice, and supporting organisational change.
