How do we care for ourselves—and each other—when the world feels heavy? This Pride season, we're shining the spotlight on a vital theme: queer wellbeing.

This special session is for anyone who wants practical, affirming ways to support their own wellbeing—or the wellbeing of those around them—particularly within the LGBTQ+ community. As political and social pressures mount, it’s more important than ever to find grounding, healing, and joy in our daily lives.

What to expect: We’ll explore physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing with a refreshingly real and inclusive approach—because wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it definitely isn’t just about going to the gym.

You’ll hear from:

  • Cairo Nevitt, a transformational coach, speaker, and Head Coach for Not A Phase’s MISFITS programme. Cairo specialises in LGBTQ+ fitness and wellbeing, with a powerful track record of supporting people of all abilities, identities, and backgrounds—including those navigating neurodivergence, disability, and gender transition. His approach? Build confidence, remove barriers, and make wellness accessible and empowering.

  • Jae Sloan, our facilitator, brings over 25 years of experience combined with deep expertise in mind-body-spirit practices—from exercise physiology and molecular biology to yoga, holistic coaching, and energy work. Jae is passionate about helping people heal, connect to purpose, and stand fully in their power.

Purpose: The purpose of the session is to provide practical wellbeing support, bringing the content to life by sharing personal stories by session presenters.
